great S-ton Rail Trail and Westover... 6 mi 02:00 20:00 pace
Took Rusty the dog to the Westover Park. I had a great time running around with the little muppet! Sadly, he seemed to be frightened of the water and the ducks. On a much happier note, he found a t... read more

Feel Better:
Bummer, Henry! I miss walking with you. But, I admire your persistence. 7.8 miles is actually quite a lot when you have hurt feet. Maybe try 3 or 4 miles for awhile? Hope you can get some relief for those feets.

Thanks, I miss our walks as well. It wasn't really persistence. I had to cut my folk's grass and sadly, my neighbor just had back surgery. So, I ended up cutting a lot more grass than I was expecting! Luckily, my feet aren't killing me and it was a perfect day to work outside!
