1st mile was w/hubster at a 21:07 pace! He said, "Just be glad I'm out here!" lol. Next 2 miles was w/Max our dog 15:36 & 14:03. My legs feel decently good, calves a little sore, lots of stretching & Yoga! Looking forward to another training day tomorrow. Ate a hard boiled egg for dinner (mostly the white part) & 17oz. of water. Great day!!
