    Started with a walk/run w/different elevations. I had a busy but wonderful weekend & I ate all the wrong yummy foods. I felt "heavy" during this run which is why I walked a lot of it.

    I started with a 35 minute Zumba class that I loved!! Then went on the TM for a run. Splits: 12:08, 10:08, 10:05 I felt pretty good, no complaints, just a good sweatfest!

    3 miles of this was a run, the rest a walk. I didn't feel as good as I did running on Thursday, so it was a push to get to 3 miles. Thursday I had that feeling at 1 mile that I could go forever.

      Add another addiction to your list. It seems Zumba is really popular with lots of people. I did it on vacation last year and had fun. Great workouts today.
