phooeeyyyyy its hot. was doing ok and having a good run until I had to stop at traffic lights 4miles in. waited ages and then saw the temperature on the sign... 86 and then felt ill. walked the next 1/4m, felt like I had cooled down enough and then ran the rest of the way home and felt really good on the last stretch. If sweat is your fat crying, I have some seriously upset and depressed fat. shower and time for curry of all things.
