20 butterfly situps
25 clams
10 squat exercices to loosen the glutes and hamstrings
Warmup:
200 m run
Leg swings, arm and waist warming up (10 reps each)
Inch worms, mountain climber, pushups (10 each)
20 jumping Jacks
WOD:
OHS (overhead squat) - 5 x 5 with 15 lb barbell (did 11 x 5)
Push jerk - 3 x 3 with 15 lb barbell (5 sets w/ 15 lb and 3 sets w/ 25 lb barbell)
Weighed GHD situps - 5 x 10 (last 3 sets w/ 10 lb weight)
