Today was excellent. We did not run superfast, but everything felt good, the company, the pace, even the weather, despite some gusty headwinds at times. And my BRFF broke 23 yesterday in a 5K, awesome! I have been running with her for at least three years, and I have seen her blossom into a fine runner. What a treat! Since we were running with big dawgs today (ultrafast guys, one of them used to be a coach), I picked their brains :-) Great run followed by breakfast with a good friend.
