Sexy 60's - Day 40!

2/3 done, yay!! Today was the first day at 80 seconds per exercise. It was easier than I thought it would be!


What is this Sexy 60's? I've seen a lot of people posting about it and am curious :)

Shawna, it's a core fitness workout. Everyday, for 60 days, you do each of these exercises for 60 seconds: wall sit, front plank, left side plank, right side plank. I have increased the duration because it was getting easy and I like a challenge, but that's it! Quick and easy, and I can see results in my abs and arms (more toned and defined. :) )

Cool! I'll have to give it a try. Side planks are the devil! I have such a hard time with them.

Yes, they are so hard. You could start with 30 seconds for the side planks and increase duration as they get easier :) It's really your call! :)
