Turbo Jam & Fitness Disc

20 mins of Turbo Jam to warm up. Then had to do 40 mins of fitness disc cuz obliques & lower back started tightening up. Finally had to pop some aleve and a flexoril cuz I could stretch it out! Probably should have taken a rest day over the weekend.
