Yayyyyy! Found the energy! Did laundry, worked on certificates for Nurse Week Recongition tomorrw and then did 30 mins of Turbo Jam and 30 mins of LMP: Pump & Burn. I'm doing great with the Pump...increased the weights to 10 lbs except with the chest which I had to bring back down 5 lbs. Back was hurting a bit but feel great now. Hopefully will be able to hike tomorrow cuz the squats usually kill me on the hikes!
