    Early morning since could not sleep and didn't want to eat. Got on the mill and just walked as I watched the morning news. Great way to wake up and hear "you are up bright and early".

    After taking some time off and getting back at this, felt really good. 2.5% grade. Now, to get the OK to be up and jogging or riding a bike would feel great.

    1 hour power walk at the mall, 1/2 hour of running errands at the strip mall next to mall (dry cleaners, post office and paid a bill) then 15 mins on dreadmill at home. This is good.

      And with carrying things home from the mall as well as strip mall, that should count for aerobics as well. Those bags were weighing down after a bit.

    Had to try something new. Went to the mall and just power walked for a while. Good to know that I can still move quickly if need be. Not the best, but still getting back out there feels good.

      Hi Helen, so glad you are feeling good. Keep up the great work and it's always great to do different things in a workout plan.Changing it up keeps us from getting bored doing the same thing. I have been trying to figure out what to add myself. I think going to a totally different gym will help. Keep up the great work.

    OK, so not good at all for someone who walked a half-marathon. Can only walk at a pace of 3.3 to 3.4 mph for now. All things considered, not bad.
