Usually I run faster at the end but it was the other way around tonight. It wasn't that easy but enjoyed getting out. Slower time than last time but didn't try to push too hard as leg has been playing up a bit. Just an old nuisance and it feels fine now. Planning a weekend run. 3 miles is a perfect distance for me at the moment but hope to do 4 next time as that would be good for me.
