    Adore the trail this time of year! Managed to get a run in after personal training this morning. Now to refuel, get a few chores done, and work on the wall later.

    The only reason this is sooo fast is because I took a break after every single lap. Hoping my high protein regimen for increased endurance kicks in soon, because so far I'm dragging. Blech.
