It's gojng ok. Not making the progress I'd like to make. Ive been forgetting to post most workouts on here, been working a bunch overtime. Between that, kids, housework, laundry, and exercise Im barely treading water. :/

It's still over two minutes for the 500. :/ I'm a nervous wreck. Test is in a week. Everyone at work is rooting for me so that kinda makes it harder. But I'll keep tryin. ;)
