    So happy to be back outside and running, intended to just walk, but honestly, running felt better than trying to speed walk.

    Ran 2 full miles, then walked and ran intervals. The 2 mile pace was a bit slower, 11:19 min. mile, but if that means I go further, then great! Can't wait to get outside!!!!!

    Ran a mile again, hard mile though...and then did a 6.5 mph sprint for a minute, then a 6.8 mph one minute sprint and then walked....very sore today.

    I ran a mile at 5.6, then did two one minute sprints at 6.5 and 6.8, walked then did 2 more minutes at 6.0. Weights and stretching. :-)

    Good again, did a total of 25 min. because people were waiting. Ran two one minute sections at 6.2 mph. or about a 10 min. pace. :-)

    FELT SO GREAT TO BE BACK!!!
    Survived Mono this past month...and strep! Feeling good about actually going to the gym. Total mileage with walking was almost 2 miles.

    Felt good to be back at the gym, actually got a treadmill!! Ran at 5.7 for about 3 minutes, yep, gonna take a week to get back into the swing of things. But at least I went!

    Ran a mile, then did 5 more 1 min. sprints at 6.2, 6.4 and 6.7 paces with a one minute rest in between. Actually did one the of the weight machines too. Just wanted to get home.
