    great Getting back out there!

    I just started running again after taking off 14 months with a broken foot and PF. I have been running for 3 weeks and I feel good. I still wear my sock every night and hope to keep running!

    I was exhausted and so sore. My joints are killling me so much that I can't sleep at night because my hip is so bad. Hoping it will get better and I will get stronger.

      Awesome job honey! That run was crazy hilly, not a flat spot on it and almost 1200ft of elevation gain, that pace was strong!
