Really tough training today with the running group. Have some of you ever heard about a so called tabata training? It' s an high-intensity interval training. Today we had this kind of training. 20 seconds running at high speed followed by 10 seconds at slow speed. After 8 repetitions I felt like dead ;-) And then we did the same tabata training with press-ups and other nice workouts. But I've enjoyed it! It's 10:30 p.m. right now, and I think I need a nap! Enjoy the rest of the day.

Wow quite the work out! Nope, I had never heard of this. Did it go the whole 10k or only part of it?
