    Did 2 on track, then 15 min recovery jog. Then 3 x 1 mile on softball fields. Ran 9:57 for 2 mile, then 5:00,5:00, and 4:59

    5x1 mile. it was raining, the grass was slow. i had pretty good workout tho. ran 5:08, 5:07(fell), 5:05, 5:04, and 5:03

    Felt really good today. Fish Lake was awesome, my favorite long run so far! We started at around 4500 ft and went up to like 5300

      Not the American River Trail? I thought that was the only one in Sac.

      NO, this one is called Sacramento Northern R.R. Bike Trail. I t meets up with American River Trail tho

      6:21 pace is right on for 32:30 shape so it sounds like you just need a down week to refreshen move to the next fitness level (sub 32:15).
