#Mamavation Pilates & stretching. Felt so good! Between the extreme heat & all the home improvement/moving projects, I have been exhausted (& sore). Cooler temps next week, hoping to get one last run in the old neighborhood before we move everything. (although I can still include this neighborhood in long training runs when I train for another half mary) :-)
