#Mamavation Two good things about this run: 1) I finished the planned distance, and 2) I am in a much better place mentally than I was on Monday. Other than that, it was just slow & ugly. Blame it on fog & humidity, grumpy knees, or staying up too late watching a movie. It's 5 miles more than I had yesterday. 63 degrees, fog, 100% humidity. Splits: 14:14, 13:47, 13:55, 13:43, 13:36

Great run, Heather! Sometimes the negative self talk can be the hardest part of a run... I am glad this experience went better than Mondays run!
