    I'm always a little leery of yoga videos that say they are "fat blasting." But I tried a new one anyway, & whether it blasts fat or not, it was a good workout

      Which one did you use? I like the element yoga for weight loss, moved up to that from the yoga works beginners. The yoga works one also has quick 10 min workouts which are perfect after a run.

      Christie, I'm not sure, it was on YouTube. I do like the 10 minute segments, easy to fit into a busy schedule or stack together for a longer workout. :-)
