Legs

Did NOT plan on doing this workout today, but I got up and found some inspiration on Instagram and before I knew it, my workout clothes were on and I was sitting in the gym's parking lot! So glad I went...had an INCREDIBLE workout and it's always nice to get a Saturday off to a sweaty start! ;)

ANNNNND I was able to increase my weight on every exercise compared to earlier in the week! :D

Leg Extensions: #235 x 10 x 3
Wide Stance BB Squat: #95 x 10 x 1, #105 x 10 x 2
Walking BB Lunge: #80 x 10 x 3

Single-leg Kettlebell Deadlift: #35 x 10 x 1, #40 x 10 x 2
Standing Single-leg Hamstring Curls: #17.5 x 10 x 2, #20 x 10 x 1

Seated Calf Raises: #70 x 10 x 3
Standing Calf Raises: #240 x 10 x 1, #260 x 10 x 2

Felt like I could still do a little more after the workout was done so I added some squat holds against the wall (3 sets, 1 minute each)
