    It has been a long time!! Actually felt pretty good!!! Walk half and jogged half. My goal is to not have to walk at all in a few weeks!

    My first 5K and I ran the whole way - wanted to walk, but I didn't!! Thanks so much to my husband and Connor for coming back after they finished and ran the last mile with me!!
