Looking to get my marathon time under 4 hours and my half below 1:45. Currently cracked out on Ragnar relays - ran SoCal, doing Napa in September.

    TOO HOT (95 by the time I finished my run). But, I took my time and stopped and looked at the kinetic bird sculptures they were setting up for the art walk at the river. Fantastic!
