  1. RUN
alright LA River Bike Path 8.04 mi 01:19 09:46 pace

8 miles w/ warmup and step counting workout - 10 steps hard, then easy, then 20, and so on up to 100 and back down. Fun workout. Still trying to figure out if I'm getting sick or not though,... read more

  2. RUN
alright LA River Bike Path 6 mi 01:00 10:01 pace

5-6 miles easy. Way too hot for February!

  3. RUN
alright Rose Bowl 4.74 mi 00:47 09:58 pace

  4. RUN
alright Rose Bowl 3.75 mi 00:35 09:24 pace

    Scheduled 3-4 miles easy.

Bad day of my headphones not wanting to stay put!

  5. RUN
tired Rose Bowl 6.01 mi 01:00 10:00 pace

5-6 miles easy + 6 strides. The strides felt great (been so long!) but my overall energy was low...probably something to do with getting up too early and driving all over the place. Rainy run was... read more

    2-3 miles easy

  9. RUN
good LA River Bike Path 4.01 mi 00:39 09:37 pace

3-4 miles easy. Foot was a little cranky from standing at a show last night...but it felt fine running. Strange that standing is harder than running.

  10. RUN
alright Beverly Hills 3.04 mi 00:30 09:50 pace

Crammed in a 3-4 miles easy run before dance class by driving halfway there, stopping to run, then resuming the drive. Sadly, I got to class and got summoned away to work. But I got a run in!

  11. RUN
good Rose Bowl 3.1 mi 00:29 09:26 pace

2-3 miles easy. Foot cramp on my third mile that had me screeching and running through, but it feels fine today. Slowly working back to normal running after my injury. Pool today.

  12. RUN
good Arroyo Seco Bike Path 3.01 mi 00:28 09:24 pace

Second test run to see if my foot is capable of going back to running... 3 miles easy, all good - we'll see how it feels in the morning.

  13. RUN
good Rose Bowl 2.04 mi 00:19 09:24 pace

2 mile test run - last week's wasn't so great, but I went and saw my chiro again and he did some more work. The run didn't hurt, so we'll see how it feels in the morning. Cros... read more

  14. RUN
good NYR Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:15 10:20 pace

I wasn't planning on running all out on this I didn't :) I hurtled down the hills, meandered up the hills, and stopped and took a couple of photos. My perpetually cranky foot d... read more

  15. RUN
great San Marino 6.05 mi 00:58 09:32 pace

Last run of 2014! Scheduled 5-6 miles easy, but the cold weather was conducive to going much faster than usual for an easy run. First time running Huntington and it was pretty fabulous - felt sup... read more

  16. RUN
good Rose Bowl 3.08 mi 00:29 09:24 pace

Cold as balls outside (well, for LA), so I ran faster than intended for a 3-4 mile jog. The walkers in parkas and hats and scarfs thought I was insane in my shorts.

  17. RUN
good LA River Bike Path 5.01 mi 00:49 09:50 pace

4-5 miles easy. Still feel like such a slacker being on recovery weeks!

  18. RUN
great Arroyo Seco Bike Path 4.01 mi 00:37 09:13 pace

Felt fantastic, but ran a little fast for a 3-4 miles easy!

  19. RUN
good Rose Bowl 4.01 mi 00:39 09:47 pace

    3-4 miles easy. Nice run.

  20. RUN
good LA River Bike Path 3.01 mi 00:30 09:52 pace

2-3 miles easy. Love afternoon runs where I'm not rushed.
