Slushy, slushy mess. I ran up to w couple and she is in the FHMT training and he was just starting with No Bo. He did great and ran most of the run and only walked alittle. At the end we talked with Ellen and he is going to try 2.0 group tomorrow. I'm glad that I could help! lol. OH I EARN MY winter Warrior shirt! yeah me
