  1. RUN
    good Treadmill 1 mi 00:10:55 10:54 pace

Trying a challenge of a mile a day for 30 days. Seems like a nice way to get back in the groove.

  2. RUN
    blah Chadbourne 0.5 mi 00:10:00 20:00 pace

Struggling with rain and schedules to fit it in. Humid.

  3. RUN
blah Big creek trail 1.97 mi 00:20 10:09 pace

Hot and heartburn afternoon double jogger. I went out for the one part of the day that wasn't overcast, but I enjoyed the other people on the trail.

  4. RUN
alright Cogburn park 1 mi 00:10:16 10:16 pace

Double jogger. Still a little stiff from Tuesday's longer run.

  5. RUN
good Big creek trail 2.5 mi 00:25 09:56 pace

Double jogger on a fairly flat paved/boardwalk trail that's shaded. Much needed change of pace. Kids enjoyed looking for wildlife and I got a boost when I passed people. Noah exclaimed I wa... read more

  6. RUN
    tired Westgate 0.94 mi 00:10:54 11:35 pace

Double jogger. Started out tired and too close to breakfast so I stopped at a mile and walked home. I need to get up early so I can go out alone to break this up.

  7. RUN
    alright Westgate 2 mi 00:22 11:01 pace

Another humid double jogger run. Not as draining as Friday.

  8. RUN
    alright Westgate 1.43 mi 00:15 10:49 pace

Humid double jogger run. Super tired after.

  9. RUN
good Chadbourne loops 1 mi 00:10:17 10:16 pace

I was pretty happy with the pace with the double jogger until Noah asked when I was going to start running. Little booger.

  10. RUN
    alright Chadbourne loops 1 mi

Family run with the double jogger so it was slow but ok. We were supposed to split the time pushing the kids, but I ended up running most of it with the jogger because Amro is much more out of sha... read more

Nice run! It is always a good feeling when you have gone much faster than you thought you could!

  12. RUN
    alright Chadbourne 1 mi 00:09:08 09:07 pace

Crisp morning run. Charged a big long nasty hill and everything burned after that, but I know embracing hills while getting in shape will pay off later.

  13. RUN
alright Chadbourne Loop 1 mi 00:09:02 09:01 pace

Not bad for the first run in months. The first half felt great and my legs let me know it had been awhile during the second half.

  14. RUN
    good Treadmill 1.6 mi 00:15:00 09:22 pace

Felt great. The last run made me realize I could go faster without much discomfort.

  15. RUN
    good Treadmill 1 mi 00:09:26 09:26 pace

Purely a mental health mile as I felt super crabby and am still trying to get over this cold. Took me longer to get off my bed after I changed than to run.

It was your fastest mile since you have been back! Good job and even better getting over the mental piece of it. That is the hardest part!

    alright Treadmill 1.5 mi 00:14:53 09:55 pace

Okish. Fighting a cold and now Amro has hopped on the treadmill a few times this year, so there may be completion for my treadmill now.

That could be fun to have equal household miles! HOWEVER, you still get first priority!

Had an off weekend and after feeling disappointed shopping for some new jeans I needed a pick me up. This helped to improve the mood.

Good job on getting a run in instead of just feeling bad! I would have continued the feeling bad and wallowed in a glass of wine instead!

good Baby jogger Chadbourne 1 mi 00:11:01 11:01 pace

Out and back with Noah. Out was great with the mild temps and Noah giggling so I went quick. The back hit me hard with pushing my ton of bricks who kept whining about not wanting to go back home.... read more
