    I think my legs forgot how to do anything. My quads were all, "Wait, you want to do what now?" but my knee didn't hurt so I'm hoping I can have a decent run tonight.

  13. Ran about seven minutes today and my knee started hurting again, so I had to turn around and do the saddest/angriest walk home I've ever had to do. I just wanna be able to run.

    I ran through this cemetery and it was really pretty and peaceful and stuff. I'm not sure exactly how far I went but 2.34 seems about right. Mondays are just supposed to be fun, not fast.
