    We rode into OT for lunch/coffee/park time..then came home and rode around the neighborhood on her new bike (she may have to do a little bit more growing before she is ready for it).

      ugh, no good. sorry to hear. hope it feels better very soon! and for what it's worth, my hip was bothering me for a long time and I think ART helped me. there is a chiropracter in arlington I go to.

    It was a great day for run. Don and Abbey rode by to check on me ;-) The last 2.5 I took my KT tape off for a trial run... it was so much better. I am getting there. Best run I have had in a while ;-)

      Nice miles! I know, it's so close really. I'm totally not ready. I've really only done a couple of long runs and the longest so far was 16....not going to be pretty for 50k!
