It was warmer out at the trail than it was in town, up until the last couple miles when the wind really picked up and it started raining. So funny to run a trail I bike so often: downhill is much more fun on a mountain bike! There's no coasting when you're running.

Looks like you had a great run! Sorry for flaking out on you also, I have conquered the need to stay inside and hibernate when it is cold, now I need to do the same for the wind!
