Fartleks at the park! Perfect temperature, gorgeous sunrise coming up behind the Grand Mesa. Barefoot cool down laps are back.

I have the perfect set-up for it - Sherwood Park (where my running group meets) is right across the street from my house. It's a big park, so one loop on the perimeter is .75 miles which makes a perfect cool-down distance. The park is well-maintained and the grass is nice to run barefoot on.
