good Long Beach beach 7.3 mi 01:11 09:45 pace

There's a nice multi-use path along the beach that seems to go on forever - it has 2 bike lanes and 1 pedestrian lane so even though it was busy it didn't feel to crazy. Running at sea le... read more

Oh running at sea is wonderful. I can't wait to head to Italy in the summer and do exactly that. Fantastic running :-)

I have the perfect set-up for it - Sherwood Park (where my running group meets) is right across the street from my house. It's a big park, so one loop on the perimeter is .75 miles which makes a perfect cool-down distance. The park is well-maintained and the grass is nice to run barefoot on.

I love Sherwood Park. We were just there on Sunday playing a pretty pathetic game of whiffle ball :) . Nice miles this morning!

  7. RUN
    to REI 1.25 mi

Okay, so the distance is hardly worth logging, but! My son rode his bike and I jogged along with him to go buy daddy a present at REI. It was my son's first bike errand (on his own bike) and ... read more

    Butterknife trail 15.5 mi

This is a pretty technical trail, and hubs and I rode it on the MTB tandem. So impressed with the way he can muscle that big bike around. 9 miles of rolling but mostly downhill, then 3 miles off sl... read more

Downtown for the at and jazz festival to watch husband perform, then some errands, then an evening family ride on the bike path, where we saw baby owls, fish, rabbits, lizards, and quail

    good neighborhood 4.88 mi 00:47 09:43 pace

If not for the dog, I would have skipped this run because steady rain at 45 degrees is not my favorite. But the dog made me do it, and as usual, once I was out there I was glad to be doing it.
