    Really overcast and humid this morning with a chance of rain on and off all day. This made it surprisingly warm out and I ran without gloves and hat for the first time in what seems like forever.

      I feel like I can do the kick by itself okay, and I can do the arm stroke, but getting the timing right between legs and arms and breathing seems to be more than my brain can coordinate.
