    Serpent's Trail 4.6 mi

    The 3rd annual Serpent's Trail run. I only did 1 trip up and down, plus another 1/4 trip. Each trip is about 3.8 miles distance and about 800 feet elevation gain. Ooof.

    Wow, busy day out there! Did one loop with the boys on the tandem, then a second loop solo. Second loop was 32 minutes - fastest time yet for that one!

    Ran with the friend - we were doing a barefoot cool-down lap around the park at the end when the college women's track team came along behind us. We both started speeding up when we heard them.

    We'd planned to go mountain biking Sunday morning but woke up to a rain storm. Since the trails were wet, we skipped biking and I did a pavement run instead. Warm and humid!
