      It was cold! I had pants over my capri/long sock combo, and a thermal shirt plus running jacket! Took the jacket off for the tempo portion, but had to put it back on for the cool-down!

    Legs were feeling kind of tired today, but it was really cold so maybe they were just sluggish. All 3 of us who were there will be doing the Winter Sun 10K in Moab this weekend.
