    focus is on strength and I need it!! went well, only 2 people showed up (including me) so it was like a personal training session!!

    ok, my pace was good but my body felt like a ton of bricks!! with the addition of the boot camp i don't think my body has adjusted yet....

    This class always kicks my butt!! haven't done it in a minute in an effort to focus on distance around the race and I felt it today!! but I got it done so i'm satisfied...

    Interval run at 2% incline.... started out stronger than I finished but overall a good workout... not as hard as in the beginning so may be time to increase interval times... HR was ok, bit high today

    Went ok... Got there a little late, was out doing yard work to enjoy this beautiful weather... Followed class with some ab work and stretching...

    was forced to take week off dealing with some other stuff so this run was a bit rough but got through it.... incline ranged from 1-2%......

      I know how those weeks are, i've had two in a row myself! It'll all work out, just look for the positive and set a goal where you can see a light at the end of the tunnel :) Plus, i'll be here to cheer you on!

    Went well!! Last mile killed me I finished and time was decent for first 10K so I'm happy!!
