    Not the same as running, but had several inclines & tried to keep RPM's in the 90's & 100's. Hopefully I'll keep my cardio up while my foot heals.

    Hurt my foot into this run. Heading to Dr. tomorrow- just a lot of pain on the side, hoping it's not a stress fracture. :-(

      Thanks Diane- that is sweet of you to ask. No stress fracture, but my arch is falling. :-( Dr. said to run with shoes with more arch support. She said I could start running when pain goes away. I love my minimalist shoes, but guess training for a marathon, I'm going to need more arch support.
