      This is only the 2nd workout but it is very challenging. Goes by quickly but at the end of it I've been sweating like crazy. And it's fun!

      Heather K. used to be an off and on hurt but after Deadwood it became a constant hurt. Especially if I wear shoes other than my running shoes. Boots kill by the end of the day. Not sure what it is.
