    Humid, rained a bit, sandy roads. Overall it felt pretty good though. Glad to have it done. Thank goodness for Eminem at mile 9. :)

    Set out for 10 but at about 6 I crashed. Never thought I'd be disappointed with 7.6 miles! :)

      Hang in there girls - we all seem to be in the same boat! I think it has a lot to do with the fact that we all have raised the bar on our expectations of ourselves, which is good :) We will keep working through this and reach that goal we have set!

    I'm happy with this one. Ran on our gravel road so a little sand, mud, puddles and rock. Felt great!

    Ankle felt great till about 2.5 miles. Decided not to push for 5 miles like I was supposed to. Hopefully can get a long run in this weekend and feel good.
