      What is going on? Do we need a tune up! This is a fear of mine when I shift going up hills, If I wait to long, sometimes my chain locks up. I have to turn around & start pedaling down hill with less resistance???

    Treadmill warmup. My knee has been killing me. I put on different shoes. It went away. Followed treadmill with squats, curls, abs, etc.
