      I have fallen over so many times and i have been riding with them for 4 years. The worst was probably in a busy intersection when i had to stop, the second worst was when I had already unclipped and still fell....right in front of Jared he still laughs about it.
      It's still way too cold here to go outside! I have had one outside ride this year, i'm so sick of my trainer!

    Went outside for this one. Ran a little more this time than last. Still hurts, but I guess it pry will for awhile.

    1/4 mile walk, 1/4 mile run and so on. The first 1/4 mile of the running HURT. After getting into it though the second 1/4 mile run felt better. Baby steps....

    I ran!!! Well.......walk/run, which was mostly walking, but it didn't feel terrible. Sore, but not painful. Baby steps back.
