      Great job! I got Wednesday nights while the kids are at youth group. I love it. I'm sure it is great therapy for you ankle as well!

      I have a ten pound one and then also one that is adjustable up to 20 lbs. I got it on amazon and its Golds Gym brand.

    Test run. Literally. Starting back with C25K to see how the ankle feels. It's been feeling great for 3 weeks so it's time to push it a little. Will see how it is the day after. 🙏
