100 yards with pool buoy, 5x25 with 15 second rest intervals, 100 yards pool buoy, 3x25 with 15 second rest intervals, cool down easy 100. Swam as prescribed, and wish I wore my watch. Because it took me waaaay less than the 30 minutes coach gave me. More like 15. Now i've got time to kill before class...so of course I hopped on dailymile!
