Mt Monadnock run (this was yesterday, I can't get the "change date" thing to work)

1807 ft elevation gain over 1.89 miles (white dot trail). Ran a tiny bit but it was really steep and rocky. Ran down probably 80% of white cross (different trail, less rock face) back to the trailhead (2.01 miles). Average grade 17%. Steepest 660 yards: 31%.

I need to run this at least once a week for Spartan Ultra training
