3 rounds of 5 box jumps at max. My max today was 2'7".
Then, Cindy:
max rounds in 20 mins of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats.
I got 11 + 9 pushups. Those pushups killed me. Left me in a puddle on the floor. Oh well it's a starting point. Next time I'll kill it.

Yup... I'll be there all 3 days. Doing a race at Wachusett Saturday morning though. The final WOD on Sunday is ridiculous.
