It was about 2 miles into my run, at about 2:45 pm, that I realized I haven't eaten a thing since about 10:30 a.m. Not a good idea, as unlike the energizer bunny, I need to eat about every hour to keep going and going. I felt like a slug dragging myself down the street. So, my 50 minute run was cut about 20 minutes short. Ooops.

Good job slugging through those miles! I've experienced the same before: no fuel = no energy.

Oh Pavlos, I wish I could! One glass of red wine puts me straight to sleep. I'm SUCH a light weight! But I'll certainly consider it after the kids go to bed. Antioxidants and flavanoids, right? yum!
