wooo! A GOOD swim ! I had to go to the community pool since school is closed, and swimming laps with all of the old people during lunch time made me feel like a speedster (even though I still swim like a turtle...and not a sea turtle!) Anywho, 200 yd warmup, 400 freestyle, 100 kick, 100 pullbuoy, 450 freestyle, 200 cool down. The HIGHLIGHT of the swim was that I did 300 consecutive, so I know I will not floudner in my first triathlon. woo!


Nice workout! You will do fine in your first tri, i am sure!
