uggggggh! SUCKED , but felt SO GOOD to get back out there. It's amazing how much fitness you can lose by taking off two weeks (minus that whole half marathon)

crazy,,, we work so hard to get to a certain point, then you slack at all and it is gone! Sucks.... but not as hard to get it back! Stay focused, you can do it!

I know! A few weeks ago I could skip backwards at a 9:50 pace, haha! Ok maybe not quite, but you know what I'm saying!

Yes it is amazing how fast you can "feel" slow (even though you probably are not). Getting back after six weeks post partum was VERY hard for me.

I know; it's so unfair how long it takes to achieve fitness versus how quickly you can lose it. But awesome job getting back out there!
