Ain't that the truth!!! That's how I feel when some of my friends complain about waking up at 7am and then I tell them I woke up at 5:30 to do an 8 miler

AMEN! I know there are people busier than I am, but there are plenty less busy (I do have five kids under 10)...it all comes down to priorities.

EXACTLY Kristin! It's not about "finding" the time, it's about "making" the time. We are all worth it!

Thanks for the reminder, school has been eating up a lot of time and energy. I really have to learn how to manage my time to get back into tri training.

Love it!! I was an excuse girl for 8 years after children and I had been an avid runner before that. So last June I said no more excuses and it really hit when I went with the family to Washington, DC. The large amount of people running was inspiring and I know a lot of those people have busy lifestyles like me. So busy or not I get my runs in for the week. Thanks for posting this Heather.
