      lol you should have invited them up to join in the burpee fest...or perhaps the banging was their way of rooting you on. Either way 60 burpees is an awesome feat my friend.

      At least you can get away with 60 burpees....our neighbor yells through the floor if we WALK in our kitchen (which is above her bedroom) too early in the morning....seriously
