At least you can get away with 60 burpees....our neighbor yells through the floor if we WALK in our kitchen (which is above her bedroom) too early in the morning....seriously

REALLY didn't want to go to the gym (even more so when the thermometer read -7 degrees) but I suprisingly felt amazing on that silly treadmill. Who doesn't love an effortless run?
