      Woohoo on that body weight back squats!! I can't get past 55 lbs and I'm sooo not that weight! :)

      Squats are my nemesis-especially weighted squats. As soon as I start to up the weight, my knee gives out every time-front squats, back squats, goblet squats...doesn't matter! Weight + squats = blown knee!
