    great 6 mi 00:46 07:39 pace

8:00 for one mile, lifted a bit, then knocked out 5 miles in 37:55 (7:35/mile pace) all on the indoor track. That's a grand total of 72 laps my friends. Whew.

  2. I've become a gym rat and forget to log my workouts. Please forgive me dailymile, but I'm working on these "guns" :)

AMT! Legs felt awesome but I wanted one more day with low/zero impact. I planned an hour, but when I needed to hop off to refill my water bottle, there was a line so I lost my machine. Oh well, 3... read more

Nice job Heather. I think every gym is crowded now. The crowds will thin soon.

Teresa, I'm doing the online FLEX program (which has been more of a struggle than I imagined, since I'm 100% on my own for fundraising...but well worth it!) for Tinkerbell half!

Nice pace. I recently saw a quote that I love: "A run begins the moment you forget you are running." My best thought happen during runs.
