great neighborhood run/ stations at the park 4.33 mi 00:42 09:47 pace

pretty good pace for a hot morning and all the while pushing a double jogger with a 2 1/2 year old and a baby in a car seat (for a friend...not my baby!!) and followed the run with 9 stations (reverse lunges with 10# weights, standing step ups onto bench, lower ab leg raises, dips, wide leg step ups, X jumps, single leg bridges, squats with 15# kettlebell and a 30yd sprint..down and back. Completed circuit 3X and then 11 mins of abs... GREAT workout over 2 hours in the heat!!
