    legs were tired from lifting legs at the gym yesterday, coupled with pushing the double jogger made my quads very fatigued

    10 min war, up on bike followed by 30 min of legs...3 circuits of 3 leg exercises X3. elliptical at home

    biked 1/2 hour and lifted weights...back and shoulders. Did many of the exercises on the bosu for balance/stability work and also to fatigue the quads

    an amazing hour long bootcamp on the beach and the nature preserve in Jupiter. Headed to the gym after for some biking and bicep exercises
