Yet another 17-miler attempt fail. Was ONE MILE out when I slid on the wicked muddy trails and fell hard. Smashed my knee on a rock. I'm fine but the run wasn't going to happen...so I hobbled home. Clearly, this week hasn't been the best for running so I'm hoping for next week!
