AMRAP in 8 minutes: 10 medicine ball squats and 20 double unders (or 40 single rope jumps)
I settled on single rope jumps. In the time allotted, I finished 7 rounds + 10 med ball squats. So close to getting 8 solid rounds! Sigh. Maybe next time!
