Warmup-- 3 minutes of jump rope (how was that fun when I was a kid?!)
Buy In-- 3 x 12 reps of deadlifts @ 65% of my max. Since I don't know what my max is yet, we messed around with some weights and my comfort level and I settled on all 3 sets at 85lbs.
