Warmup: 10 minutes of double under practice. Ever have those days where jumping rope is just beyond your brain's abilities? Today was that day. I could barely get over the rope once, let alone for a series of double unders :) I managed to pull of 7. Epic fail.
Snatch Balance Practice: I've graduated from the PVC pipe to the 15# bar, so I think I did about a million. I'm officially allowed to start using weights next time. Hooray!
