Don't know the exact splits but I bet we ran/walked around 5 miles and biked another 25. Also did some flipping crazy obstacles! I'm hurting the most from this rope swing thing-- I had to swing across this room to kick a bell on the wall on the other side. My arms are killing me from holding myself up on the rope (Yes, it took me at least a dozen tries!) and my abs hurt from pulling my legs up over and over. It was like hanging knee bends in disguise! :) #playfearlessly
