Easy crossfit workout at the Reebok tent after the WD. They modified it to accommodate my ridiculous knee;
3x10 kettlebell swings, 10 deadlifts, 10 pushups, 10 situps
Don't remember what the weights were but they were pretty light to accommodate anyone at the race. Still better than nothing and reminded me that just because I can't run, doesn't mean I can't workout. Kinda forgot that :)
