    try foam rolling. it is wonderful. Also check out kineseo taping. I have been having it done and it is really helping my lower back issues.

    I foam roll daily but I have some fairly bad alignment issues because of all of my crashes on my mountain bike and skiing. I've had quite a few people suggest I see a chiropractor, but they make me nervous so I haven't gone yet. May have to bite the bullet :) Thanks for the tips!
