    It's always more fun to run on a treadmill when my husband is on the one next to me :) And when Fight Club is on TV.

      I have to remind myself on my longer, slower runs that I should be able to carry on a conversation. Since I usually run alone it ends up being me talking to myself just to make sure I can still talk.
