I finally ran a 5k without walking!! The time said 34 min when I got to 5.4k so I'll say I did it in just about 30 min. I walked to cool down the remainder of the time. Last mile I was exhaling loudly, but I didn't care, I was still moving!! Then Lance Armstrong says thru my i-pod- "Congratulations! you've just finished your longest workout yet!" how cool is that?!!!! Thank you Lance! I gave a "Woo-Hoo!" shout to the neighborhood. Nothing like a cheerful yell to get everyone up, ha ha :) (and nothing like showing myself...I don't have to walk to make it thru!!!!!)
